Hi Sage and Yehuda,
One user case we would like to see from Ceph is atomic uploading, which
needs conditional put support from radosgw, the idea is that user can
specify an etag during the uploading and the request can only be
success once the etag matches the original one.
We opened an ticket here - http://tracker.ceph.com/issues/8562 and Ray
proposed a pull request - https://github.com/ceph/ceph/pull/2756
I would like to check with you the possibility to get this feature
merged, so that I can determine if we need a plan B for such use case.
